Yearbook Design

You have two ways of producing your yearbook, either online or print only.

Online Yearbooks

The most difficult part of producing your yearbook is getting everybody’s personal yearbook information. The yearbook is started by the editor and their key responsibilities are to create the questionnaires and manage the database. The students appearing in the yearbook are responsible for completing the questionnaire and uploading their photos to share within the yearbook. You can create an online account for free.

The profile, awards and photo collage yearbook pages are created for you from templates. These are combined with your personalised pages to create the final version of the yearbook. The pages are created for you for free. The simple diagram shows how you produce your yearbook online.

Print Only Yearbooks

You can supply your artwork in any popular graphics software including MS Publisher, Word or Powerpoint. You can send one file or multiple files to print your yearbook. You can also send a collection of mixed file types for different software products. When you send collections of multiple or mixed files then you need to include a page number within the file name ie P1,2,3,4....40. The print folder should contain your design and also a sub-folder called ‘Fonts’ containing any design fonts. The folder can be sent either by the internet (FTP) or by post (memory stick or disc).
